Our inaugural meeting was held on 6th March 2008 as a direct result of a parting of the ways from our old Club on 4th March 2008. It was the upbeat enthusiasm of our present Chairman Mrs M Pearce that gave us all the incentive to continue working to promote the full potential of the working retriever.

Any one who has worked with us in the past knows we are a friendly group of individuals who bring together varied talents which make our events an efficiently run and enjoyable experience for all. 

Most of us have experience not only in organising and participating in Tests and Trials but also have the knowledge of breeding, training and working retrievers in the shooting field.
